SILVER STATE KENNEL CLUB, Inc. is an all breed, conformation and obedience club. We are a member of the American Kennel Club and are a non-profit corporation.
Our club objectives are to encourage and conduct sanctioned and licensed dog shows, obedience and rally trials, matches and exhibitions under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club; to promote good sportsmanship and ethics among breeders, fanciers, and exhibitors of purebred dogs; and to educate members and interested non-members of the value of purebred dogs and show procedures.
The SSKC conducts an annual AKC All Breed Conformation Show and Obedience Trial, bi-annual AKC Sanction B matches, handling classes, occasional seminars, and mentoring to responsible dog owners interested in the fancy.
